Terms of use
Version of November 8, 2026. You must accept these terms before using the service.
This is a translation for convenience. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Nexus, a tool for preparing and executing distributions of crypto-assets (SOL, USDC) on the Solana blockchain to a list of recipients, through the MultiHopper transfer service.
2. Publisher
The service is published by [À COMPLÉTER : nom de l'éditeur], [À COMPLÉTER : adresse de l'éditeur]. See the legal notice.
3. How it works: a non-custodial tool
Nexus never holds your funds or your private keys. Every operation is authorized by you, in your wallet. In “delegation” mode, a temporary key is computed in your browser from a signature of your wallet; it is neither sent to the publisher nor stored, and only your wallet can recreate it. Transfers are executed by MultiHopper, an independent third-party service subject to its own terms, which charges its own fees.
4. Access to the service
Access is granted by connecting a Solana wallet and signing a sign-in message, which triggers no transaction. You can link an email address, verified by a code; several wallets linked to the same address form a single profile. You alone are responsible for the security of your wallet and your recovery phrase, which the publisher will never ask for.
5. Your commitments
- Use only funds you are free to dispose of and that come from a lawful source.
- Fund distributions from the connected wallet, not from a third party's wallet.
- Check addresses and amounts before each transfer.
- Comply with the applicable regulations, including tax rules, for you and your recipients.
6. Prohibited uses
The following are prohibited: money laundering and terrorist financing, evasion of international sanctions, fraud, scams, payment for unlawful activities, any attempt to harm the operation or security of the service, and use by a person targeted by sanctions.
7. Checks and refusals
For the safety of users and to comply with the law, the service may refuse or block an operation, in particular:
- above the per-campaign or 24-hour caps;
- when an address appears on a sanctions list;
- when an address seems to imitate a known address, without your confirmation;
- when funds come from a wallet other than yours (they are then returned to their sender);
- in case of excessive use of the service.
Important actions are recorded in an audit log kept by the publisher.
8. Fees
Nexus charges no fee of its own (0%). MultiHopper fees and Solana network fees are estimated before each transfer and are borne by you. The publisher receives a share of MultiHopper's fees under its integration program: it is included in those fees and costs you nothing extra.
9. Irreversibility and risks
A transaction recorded on the blockchain is irreversible: a transfer to a wrong address cannot be cancelled. Using crypto-assets involves risks (volatility, failure of a third-party service or program, network congestion). The test environment (devnet) uses worthless funds.
10. Liability
The service is provided with due care but without any guarantee of continuous availability. The publisher is not liable for losses resulting from an input error on your part, a compromise of your wallet, or the operation of MultiHopper or the Solana network. [TO BE COMPLETED with the lawyer: scope and limits of liability.]
11. Personal data
The following are processed: your wallet addresses, the recipient lists and amounts of your campaigns, your email address if you link one, and the connection IP addresses recorded in the audit log. They are used to provide the service, secure it and meet legal obligations. Information recorded on the blockchain is public and cannot be erased. You have a right of access, rectification and erasure of off-chain data, to be exercised with [À COMPLÉTER : adresse e-mail de contact]. [TO BE COMPLETED: retention periods, processors and transfers of data abroad.]
12. Signed reports
Distribution reports are signed by Nexus to guarantee their integrity. They are a statement by the publisher, not an accounting certification or an official document.
13. Suspension
The publisher may suspend the access of a user who does not comply with these terms, without prejudice to the funds, which remain under the user's sole control.
14. Changes to the terms
The terms may change. Each new version must be accepted before continuing to use the service.
15. Governing law
[TO BE COMPLETED with the lawyer: governing law.] [TO BE COMPLETED: competent jurisdiction and consumer mediation, if applicable.]
